Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://patriotfencingandconstruction.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Patriot Fencing and Construction reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Commercial Fencing, Residential Fencing, Ranch Fencing, Custom Gate Construction, Metal Building Installation, Custom Welding, Excavation, Land Clearing provided by Patriot Fencing and Construction. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Patriot Fencing and Construction or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Warranty Disclaimer. Patriot Fencing and Construction makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Damages. Patriot Fencing and Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Patriot Fencing and Construction from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
